Family Crisis & Counseling Center will host a domestic violence awareness event this evening in downtown Bartlesville. FCC will sponsor a gender-based program where men compete in a "shoe parade" wearing women's shoes. Its purpose is to educate and to raise public awareness locally while generating funds to help put a stop to rape and sexual violence.
