Daya Materials Bhd has bagged a RM250 million to RM440 million charter contract from Technip Norge AS of Norway to provide an offshore subsea construction vessel together with a range of offshore services on a long-term charter basis for the North Sea and North Atlantic regions.
Daya's indirect subsidiary, Daya OCI (Labuan) Ltd (DOCIL) had on Aug 16, 2013 entered into a charter party contract with Technip to appoint DOCIL as a contractor for the purpose.
